1. Agreement
By installing or using CommentHarvest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
CommentHarvest is a browser extension that extracts publicly visible comments from supported platforms (Reddit, YouTube, Amazon, Hacker News, Product Hunt, Steam, Trustpilot, Etsy) and lets you export them. Features vary by plan (Free vs Pro).
3. Acceptable use
- Use CommentHarvest only for lawful purposes and in compliance with each platform's Terms of Service.
- Do not use the service to harass, spam, or violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Do not attempt to circumvent subscription limits, abuse rate limits, or reverse-engineer paid features.
- You are responsible for how you use exported data.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Monthly plans are $12/month; annual plans are $99/year and may include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal or the extension Profile tab. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by Stripe.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@commentharvest.app within 14 days of purchase for billing issues.
6. Disclaimer
CommentHarvest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with future website changes, or accuracy of extracted data. Platform layouts change; scrapers may require updates.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommentHarvest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension and cancelling your subscription.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
